upcoming notwist records late spring 2008

our favorite band the notwist are still working on the new record. at the iceland airwaves festival in reykjavik/iceland notwist-singer markus acher told our notwist-ultras-correspondent some interesting news:

the recording has been finished.

new drummer on the recording and on tour is andreas haberl (also drummer for masha qrella and saroos).

in nov. and dec. the band is mastering the new record.

exspected release date for the upcoming is april or may 2008 on cityslang records.

the band will tour in germany in the late spring, but probably play only a few german cities.

there are a few chances left to see the acher brothers with their side projects live one stage this year:
